Subject: CORNERSTONE

This Sunday, 23 November 2008, we have been asked to participate in the removal of the Cornerstone of the County Courthouse which Toccoa Lodge installed in 1907. The Renovation Committee wants us to be an active part in this, and I am excited at the invitation.

We have been asked to actually remove the old cornerstone, which they will have already cut out for the removal. After which, we will be responsible for transporting the Time Capsule located behind the stone to the Museum located nearby.

I have already asked our District deputy to be there, and he has assured me that he will be.

As I firm up the final details, I'll let you all know so you can plan to be there. This is a Great Opportunity to be in the public, and I encourage all of those who are able to be present. We will wear suits and aprons, jewels, etc. I'll make sure to have the Lodge open in plenty of time for all to get an apron. Please let me know if you can participate as soon as possible.

Thanks Brethren,

John
